The benefits of taking a short break from running just keep on revealing themselves to me in the funniest ways and I feel that it would be nothing if not entirely proper for me to share them with you.
Extra time and surplus energy leads to more time to sit and think. Or cycle and think. Or swim and think. There’s so much more time to think. Am I overthinking this?
Time to liven up dinner time and re-invent regular weekday recipes and go-tos…
Time to dig out the guitar and remember that you only actually really know how to play 3 songs and they’re really only fit for my own ears. And even they have enough after 10 minutes…
Or time to think about what your favourite prison movies are… because every girl’s must-have, ready-to-go list if asked at a party or social occasion, is her top ten list of favourite prison movies. Duh.

If you’re lucky, I might just take reveal my all time top 10 movies in the near future but obviously, this will take a lot more thinking time as this is not something that can be rushed or churned out willy nilly, you know. You’ll just have to sit on your excitement and save that bad boy masterpiece for another time.
Besides, one must preserve some air of mystery about oneself.
